Services Provided
Cowtown Therapy Center offers online therapy for adults aged 18 and older. The services provided include individual therapy, and therapy is conducted in a private, virtual setting. Therapy sessions may cover a variety of issues including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, self-esteem, and trauma.
Scheduling and Payment
Sessions are typically 53 minutes long.
Payments are processed via Headway for clients using insurance (Blue Cross, Aetna, or Cigna) or private-pay clients.
Payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. A cancellation fee may apply for missed sessions without prior notice.
Confidentiality and Privacy
Your privacy is paramount. All information shared during therapy sessions is confidential, except in the following cases:
